Dollar FI does not sell your Financial Information, use it for advertising, hold your funds, or move money.

Bank credentials stay with Stripe

Financial institution connections are established through Stripe Financial Connections. You enter your bank credentials directly into Stripe’s interface. Dollar FI does not receive, see, or store those login credentials.

Encryption and access controls

Dollar FI uses encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and authentication-based access controls designed so that members can access only the information associated with their accounts. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Limited AI context

When you use Ask FI, a question and a relevant summary of financial information may be sent to the third-party AI provider used to generate the response. That summary does not include bank login credentials, account numbers, or routing numbers. Dollar FI does not use your information to train artificial intelligence models.

Data minimization

Dollar FI does not use advertising SDKs, collect advertising identifiers, track members across other companies’ apps or websites, or use Financial Information to generate or influence advertising.

Your controls

You can disconnect connected financial institutions and delete your Dollar FI account. Account deletion stops new financial-data retrieval and deletes or de-identifies associated personal information, subject to the limited legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and community-content exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.

Service providers

Dollar FI relies on specialized providers for authentication and storage, financial connections and payment status, App Store subscriptions, AI processing, product analytics, mobile tooling, research lookups, and content delivery. The categories of information shared with each provider are described in the Privacy Policy.

Report a concern

If you believe your account or interaction with Dollar FI is no longer secure, contact info@theficouple.com promptly. Please do not email passwords, bank credentials, account numbers, or other sensitive authentication information.
